Refund & Data Retention Policy

Administrative verification fees are non-refundable once processing is initiated. Failed verifications are not eligible for refunds. To protect user privacy, we adhere to strict Zero-Retention protocol. All biometric data and ID images are permanently deleted following the verification verdict.

The "Security Platform" Terms of ServiceSection 1: Acceptance of Terms"By accessing Vellum Axis or utilizing our automated verification bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the service."Section 2: Age Requirement"You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize this verification service. By submitting data, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement."Section 3: Scope of Service"Vellum Axis provides an automated identity vetting layer. We act as a service provider for independent contractors. We do not provide the final booking or transaction between a lead and a provider; we simply provide the verification verdict based on the data submitted. Vellum Axis is a neutral technology platform. Independent contractors who utilize our vetting services are third-party users and are not employees, agents, or partners of APTCH LLC. Each contractor is solely responsible for their own professional conduct and service delivery"Section 4: Limitation of Liability"To the maximum extent permitted by law, APTCH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to booking cancellations, technical downtime, or verification denials."Section 5: Prohibited Conduct"Users agree not to submit fraudulent, forged, or altered identification documents. Any attempt to bypass the biometric matching system through deepfakes, masks, or stolen media will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all fees paid."Section 6: Termination"We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms."

Billing & Vetting PolicyAdministrative Vetting Fee:A one-time, non-refundable Administrative Vetting Fee is required to initiate the Vellum Axis Protocol. This fee ranges from $50.00 USD to $2,500.00 USD, depending on the tier of verification requested. The exact fee is clearly displayed and authorized at checkout.Service Definition:This fee is charged for the generation of a Digital Identity Verification Report. Delivery of service is fulfilled immediately upon the issuance of a 'Final Verdict' (Approval or Denial).Refund Policy:Once the Vellum Axis Protocol has been initiated, the fee is 100% earned and non-refundable. The user is paying for the vetting process, not a specific outcome.Statement Descriptor:Charges will appear on your statement as: VELLUMAXIS.COM (or as specified at checkout).

The "Service Rendered" Refund PolicySection 1: The Core Rule"All fees processed through APTCH LLC are for digital identity verification and administrative vetting services. Because these services are initiated immediately upon payment to secure processing resources, all transactions are final and non-refundable once the verification process has begun."Section 2: Defining "Initiated""The 'initiation' of service is defined as the moment a user submits their identification documents or biometric data via the secure Telegram interface. Once our automated system or manual review team begins the analysis of these documents, the service is considered fully rendered, regardless of the final verification verdict (Approved or Denied)."Section 3: Exceptions & Cancellations"Users may request a full refund if, and only if, a payment was made but no identification documents were submitted for processing. In such cases, refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund requests must be handled exclusively through APTCH LLC. Individual contractors or service providers are not authorized to issue refunds or override this policy."

The "Zero-Retention" Privacy PolicySection 1: Data Collection & Purpose"We collect only the minimum data required to perform identity verification. This includes government-issued identification and a matching biometric 'selfie' provided voluntarily by the user. This data is used solely for the purpose of confirming identity and preventing fraudulent transactions on behalf of our independent service providers."Section 2: Automated Data Disposal (The "Wipe" Clause)"To ensure maximum user privacy, Vellum Axis operates a Zero-Retention Protocol. All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is stored in a temporary, encrypted staging environment. Immediately following the verification verdict (whether approved or denied), our system triggers an automated API command to permanently delete all identification images and biometric data from our servers and storage repositories. We do not maintain a permanent database of biometric records. While PII (images and biometrics) is permanently deleted, Vellum Axis retains a non-sensitive 'Audit Log' consisting of the transaction ID, timestamp, and verification verdict. This log contains no PII and is used exclusively for merchant dispute defense and platform security"Section 3: Third-Party Processing"Data is transmitted via secure, encrypted channels. We do not sell, trade, or rent user identity data to third parties. Our internal automation processes involve secure API handshakes with trusted processing partners for the sole purpose of fraud detection and identity matching."Section 4: User Rights"As we do not retain PII following the completion of the verification process, there is no permanent record for users to modify or delete.
